In 2017, he co-founded Teammates—born out of his relationship with childhood friend now partner, Torrey. As Isaiah helped Torrey build his business beyond the game, he saw a bigger opportunity—a need for athletes to have real ownership, guidance, and a seat at the table.
With a decade of operational experience across corporate and startup environments, Isaiah brings a unique blend of strategic discipline, entrepreneurial drive, and a deep understanding of how to turn brand equity into long-term wealth. A former athlete himself, he approaches every venture with a high-performance mindset and a commitment to building for legacy—not just the moment.
Isaiah helps lead the firm’s strategic vision, development efforts, and partner strategy—ensuring every project aligns with the company’s mission to create real impact in the communities athletes call home.
In his free time, Isaiah enjoys workout challenges, traveling, and spending quality time with his family.
Matthew brings nearly a decade of experience in institutional finance and wealth management to his role as Partner of Teammates. Prior to joining Teammates, Matthew held investment advisory roles at leading firms including Vanguard, Morgan Stanley, TD Ameritrade, and Charles Schwab, where he consulted high-net-worth individuals and institutions on portfolio construction, capital markets, and long-term investment strategies.
Through these experiences, Matthew developed a deep understanding of how wealth is built — but also saw firsthand how disconnected traditional finance can be from the people and communities it's meant to serve. He joined Teammates to close that gap. Driven by a desire to create something tangible and lasting, Matthew made the leap from advising on portfolios to leading real estate investment projects — where he could be hands-on and build meaningful partnerships.
Matt focuses on Teammates’ strategic growth, development partnerships, and building a platform that empowers athletes—through real estate—to lead impact in the communities that built them. His mission is simple: to create impact beyond the game.

Torrey is a professional athlete and entrepreneur with a deep belief in building a life—and legacy—beyond the game. An NBA veteran known for his grit, leadership, and adaptability on the court, Torrey brings that same mindset to the business world through Teammates.
The idea for Teammates began with Torrey’s own journey. As he navigated the professional sports world, he leaned on his lifelong friendship with Isaiah to build his brand, invest wisely, and think long-term. That partnership became the blueprint for something bigger: helping other athletes move from endorsement to ownership.
Torrey is more than a name—he’s actively involved in shaping Teammates’ vision, identifying opportunities, and serving as a bridge between the athlete experience and the business world. His mission is simple: to ensure athletes have the tools, access, and support to create impact that lasts long after the game ends.
Off the court, Torrey is passionate about giving back through the Torrey Craig Foundation and spending time with his son, Braylon.
